IDENTIFIKASI SOIL TRANSMITTED HELMINTHS (STH) PADA PENGRAJIN BATU BATA DI DESA TEGAL BADENG, KABUPATEN JEMBRANA BALI

Kecacingan merupakan salah satu infeksi yang masih menjadi permasalahan di negara berkembang. Infeksi dapat disebabkan oleh kelompok soil transmitted helminth (STH) menyebabkan penurunan penyerapan gizi pada penderita. Kejadian kecacingan diduga beresiko masyarakat sehari-hari beraktifivitas dengan melakukan kontak langsung media tanah satunya pengrajin batu bata. Di Desa Tegal Badeng Kabupaten Jembrana Bali, aktivitas pembuatan bata dilakukan secara tradisional sehingga meningkatkan resiko terinfeksi STH. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah identifikasi terhadap STH Bali. Penelitian Laboratorium Apotek Krisna Farma 2 Jembrana, Bali Maret-April 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling jumlah sebanyak 15% dari populasi yaitu 30 responden. Pemeriksaan laboratorium metode direct slide. Hasil pemeriksaan responden orang (6,6%) positif kecacingan. Berdasarkan hasil jenis penyebab Trichuris trichiura dan Hookworm. Keterbatasan tidak analisa kondisi hygiene sanitasi serta penggunaan APD pengrajin. Saran bagi lanjutan hubungan kejadian
